You should read the policy terms of the insurance provider from whom you are buying the policy. Any violation of such service provider’s terms and conditions may result in cancellation of services.

IVA Insurance does not claim any ownership of any material that it makes available through the site. At our discretion, we may include such materials as a whole or in a modified form. By submitting such materials on our platform, you agree to give IVA Insurance a perpetual, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, copy, and distribute for any purposes. 

You, as a result of this, represent that any material you post does not include any content that you do not have a license to publish. We take no responsibility for and hold liability regarding the content provided by you. We do not have any obligation to post any or all of your comments. We reserve the right to determine which contents are published on our site.

IVA insurance operates from Chennai, India and is bound by the laws in India. All marketing campaigns are focused towards individuals and companies located in India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Chennai.

Limitations of Liability

You understand and agree that IVA Insurance or its partners, affiliates or sister concerns will not be held liable for any damages that are direct, indirect, consequential or exemplary, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, and other intangible losses resulting from the use of our site. Despite the limitation, if IVA Insurance or its affiliates are found to be liable for any loss or damage, then our liability in no event will exceed:

• The service fee paid to us in connection with the transaction
• One hundred rupees only

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold IVA insurance (and its affiliates, sister concerns, and partners) harmless against any claims, damages, fines, penalties that you are liable to pay out of the breach of our Terms of Conditions or your violation of local laws or your use of the site.

Communication

When you use our site, you are communicating with us electronically. It practically means you are consenting to receive communications from IVA Insurance through email. Modifications

IVA Insurance reserves the right to modify/ alter/ cancel any policies and agreements. Usually, we would put up a notice for such modifications which would remain for 30 days. If you haven’t  used the site for more than 30 days you should check the privacy policy and terms and conditions before re-use. If you wish to terminate your association with us due to non-agreement of a modification in ToU, you can do so by emailing us at support@IVAinsurance.com with the subject line ‘Termination’ from your registered email id.

Trademarks

The logos, trademarks and other images are subject to the property rights of IVA Insurance. Users are not allowed to use them anywhere without prior written approval from us. All the information, including the images and content, are protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from transmitting, distributing or using any content without prior written approval.

General

If any of the conditions listed here is deemed as void or unenforceable, it does not void or deplete the remaining terms and conditions but they remain valid as before. Indian laws govern the terms and conditions in this section. You and IVA Insurance agree to submit to the legal jurisdiction of courts of Chennai concerning any legal dispute arising with the terms.
